Indian Curry Puffs.

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us

Yesterday afternoon, I decided to make Curry Puffs because my younger sister kept bugging me to. I used egg, chicken, puffpastry and some other powders. It turned out really good and spicy, and reminded me of the Malaysian curry puffs. Can't wait to go home and have some Jaipur curry puffs :) I used a recipe from the internet, but instead modified it as I didn't have or like a few of the ingredients.

GreenTea RedBean Mochi.

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us

Today was my first attempt to make Greentea Red Bean Mochi. Mochi is also known as Daifuku, and is popular in Japan as a famous dessert treat. The combination of greentea and red bean goes really well and is a common combination in asian bakeries in Melbourne.

BANANANANAA CAKE.

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us

It's the holidays over here and so I've made a list of things I'm going to bake. As my first post, I tried making a banana cake/loaf. It's really yummy served with vanilla ice-cream or served with a sprinkle of icing sugar. I got this recipe from the internet, hope you try making this and enjoy :)

TIP! Well, about the walnuts in the recipe. You might want to not mix it in your mixture but instead, just after pouring the mixture in the cake pan, place some walnuts on the top instead to make it easier for you to cut the cake nicely and neatly.
